ROC Horizon College
ROC Horizon College contacted TestGroup when the organisation was in the midst of a business transition. Nowadays, regular use is made of TestGroup's Personality Test (The Bridge Personality), Career Tests (The Bridge Career and The Bridge Career MBO), which produces beautiful and, above all, practical results.
Kuijper: "We were in the midst of a transition in business operations and many people were changing jobs, so we wanted to offer our people something extra in terms of skills and talent. That's when I started looking and found myself a job at TestGroup. I particularly liked it when I saw that the tests were scientifically based, which I thought was very valuable. It's great that TestGroup has now developed an MBO version as well as a higher professional career test. This fits in well with our target group."
Also suitable for teams
ROC Horizon College initially used The Bridge Personality to gain insight into the personality and competencies of individual employees, but this is bound to change. Kuijper: "At a certain point, we drew extra attention to the test by responding to it with our own communication. As a result, we saw that a number of teams of lecturers were also making use of The Bridge Personality. We therefore expect to use the test more actively for teams in the future. With The Bridge Personality you have a validated test that can provide many insights into the roles within teams. Which activities fit the individual team members, which roles are suitable within the team and how can the tasks be tailored to that? We also started a leadership programme and focus on talent development, of which The Bridge Personality can be a nice part". There is also a Team Report available for The Bridge Personality, so that it can be used optimally for teams.
The Bridge Personality has several tailored reports as a result that the candidate can work with. Kuijper: "We are regularly informed that the tests are very extensive and offer great insights. We really like the information that comes out of them. Colleagues indicate that they like the fact that the tests provide nice background information that you can discuss with each other. So the moment you have a career discussion with someone, for example, it is nice that you can do The Bridge Career (career test) first. On the bases of this test, you can determine tangible steps together".
