The professional ability test consists of three parts: verbal abilities, numerical abilities, and logical (abstract) thinking.

Verbal ability test

Do you want to know how well candidates understand and analyze complex texts? This test measures the ability to draw correct conclusions from written information. In addition, this ability test provides insight into the following areas: word comprehension, text comprehension, and understanding arguments. Number of questions: 25, time available: 17 minutes.

Numerical ability test

Are you looking for a reliable online test that measures numerical skills? In this online intelligence test, candidates must perform calculations, as well as compare data and tables, among other things. Number of questions: 25, time available: 17 minutes.

Abstract ability test

Do you want to know whether candidates are suitable for financial, technical, or scientific positions? Within thirty minutes, you can effortlessly measure their ability to think strategically, analyze processes, and understand and process numbers. Number of questions: 25, time available: 17 minutes.

Features

With a professional ability test you can determine whether your candidate or employee is at an MBO, HBO, or WO level. For example, you can better estimate whether it makes sense to invest in training for an employee, or you can measure during selection or recruitment whether a candidate has the desired level for the position.
